• To process your accommodation application
• To enable us to provide a point of contact between you the tenant and Lakewood lettings Ltd.
• To correctly maintain your payment folio and records
• To identify you as a tenant
• To register you as a tenant with the Residential Tenancy Board (RTB)
• CCTV footage for security reasons.

4. Who do we share or has access to your information:

• Directors of Lakewood Lettings Ltd
• Our Security Team, and office staff have access to your application form held in the front office for identification purposes only.
• RTB for registration.
• Statutory and regulatory bodies and law enforcement authorities.(i) Third parties with whom we need to share your information to facilitate transactions you have requested and (ii) you ask us to share your information.

• We hold your data during the period of your tenancy
• For a 5 year period after your tenancy ends
